What we don't collect
Your PDFs. The extension processes everything inside your browser using Tesseract.js (OCR) and PDF.js (PDF parsing). Our servers have no way to receive your files — there is no upload, no API call, no analytics ping.
What you OCR or extract. Same reason — the extracted text stays in your browser. Copy it or download it; we never see it.
Pages you visit, browsing history, tabs. The extension has no host permissions and no access to your browsing.
Personal info. No sign-up, no email, no account. We don't know who's using the extension.
Analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no telemetry, no pings of any kind.
What gets stored on your computer
The extension does not store any data in browser storage. Everything you do is ephemeral.
Permissions
The extension declares zero permissions in its manifest beyond the basic chrome.action needed to click the toolbar icon. It cannot read your tabs, modify pages, or access network resources.

The extension is free.
