Billing questions
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately, downgrade at the end of the billing period. No penalties.
What happens if I exceed my Starter limit?
We prompt you to upgrade or keep going at a per-statement top-up. No surprise charges.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 7 days of Starter or Team, no credit card. Scale is trialled on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel inside Settings, no email required. Your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
Do you invoice?
All plans are invoiced. We accept card and SEPA. Scale customers can also pay by wire.
